Dear Jagglé Friends,
We want to inform you about an important change in U.S. import regulations that affects shipments of goods from Europe. On July 30, 2025, the United States issued an Executive Order eliminating the previous duty-free threshold for business shipments. Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments to the U.S., including Puerto Rico, will be subject to import duties, along with new procedural requirements for postal shipments.
We are actively working to understand these new regulations and implement the required shipping processes as quickly as possible. Until everything is clarified and in place, we may be forced to temporarily suspend shipping to the U.S. via postal services.
What this means for you:
- Orders shipped before August 25, 2025, can still be delivered under the current process.
- Orders placed after August 26, 2025, will be delayed until we can resume U.S. shipments.
- Shipping of documents and letters is not affected.
We strongly encourage our U.S. customers to place their orders now to ensure they receive their Jagglé products before this temporary suspension takes effect.
We are closely monitoring developments and working hard to resolve these new regulations so that we can resume shipping to the U.S. as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
